Nederman NEX HD with a Ø 8 in. hose is the ultimate arm for heavy-duty
welding,
metal spraying and grinding. The aluminum hood resists high
temperatures. Typical applications are workplaces in the metal

Nederman NEX MD
is a new extraction arm for medium to heavy duty applications. The
external support system allows the full diameter of the hose to move
air for a higher airfl ow and a lower pressure drop. The combination of
parallelogram construction and patented ball joint hood suspension
enables easy and precise positioning of the arm. • Heavy-duty swivel allows 360° rotation • Perfectly balanced and simple to position • Encapsulated support mechanism protects the arm against

nonexplosive dust, where space is limited. Typical work locations
can be welding schools or for production in small welding booths. The
applications can be welding, grinding, or other industrial processes
where a small, easily positioned arm is required. The reach of the arm

Nederman Corrosion Resistant fume extractor arms
are specially designed for use in pharmaceutical and chemical
processing industries where corrosive environments may be present. All
extruded and cast aluminum components are anodized by direct current in
a bath of dilute sulphuric acid. During this electrolytic process, a
layer of oxide forms on the aluminum between 10 and 25 microns thick.
Each component is then dipped in a high temperature deionized water
bath to close any pores and seal the surface. The arm is equipped with
a stainless steel spring and chemically resistant hose to ensure long

and rail system ALU 150 enable an arm to cover larger assembly areas
and travel longer distances in a work area. The trolley adapts to all
Nederman extraction arms. The state-of-theart design allows the
extractor arm to travel in a straight path throughout the length of the
rail. The trolley runs on a set of tefl on wheels for reduced pulling
effort.
The Nederman Extension Arm
provides an extra reach of 20 ft. The extension arm can be used with
all the arms in the Nederman range up to 14' in length for a total
reach of up to 34 ft. Two models of the
extension arm are available, one for low temperatures up to 158°F and
the other for high temperatures up to 572°F. Extension arms are
equipped with an 8 in. diameter hose. The Nederman Extension Arm
is hinged to allow the user to fold the arm out of the way while not in use. | |
